Participates as a member of the Global IT Infrastructure & Operations (ITIO) Project Management Team.  The role is responsible for leading global projects to develop, deploy and support infrastructure tools both internally, as well as to external customers.  The individual filling this role is fully accountable for managing their projects within scope, time and budget.  The project manager is responsible for working with global resources inside of the ITIO organization, as well as across the entire company.  This is an exciting position as it provides the opportunity to work across the operations, engineering and development teams, as well as with other organizations and customers.

High level responsibilities include:

Manage end to end project delivery

  • Project size - Low to Medium level scope/risk
  • Develops/defines project charter, scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, budget, etc.
  • Well defined communication

Manage project financials including business impact

  • Meets or exceeds approved targets
  • Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management

Manage stakeholder relationships

  • Manages first to senior level stakeholder relationships

Leads project team

  • Manages internal and external project resources with a team size of generally more than 5 global resources
  • Contributions have impact on company business (Cost, Efficiency, Total Customer Experience)
  • Manages conflict and challenges amongst team effectively

Education and Experience Required:


Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or similar degree.


Knowledge and Skills Required:


Demonstrates a basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) philosophy, IT operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.

Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, email at a minimum, Microsoft Project is a plus)

Good leadership, prioritization, negotiation, problem solving and time management skills

Attention to detail and follow through

Ability to deal with ambiguity

Self motivated and requires minimal supervision
