DXC Technology has an immediate need in our US Public Sector group for an Service Desk - Command and Control.


Service Desk - ROC Command and Control
Responsible for managing day to day operations, Tracking and Identification of new issues. Work with multiple groups to ensure awareness of emerging issues.

- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of call center or service desk experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Great attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast passed environment
- Dependable and have an excellent attendance record
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus
